Cancellation & Deposit Policy


At Body Complex, all new clients booking aesthetic services are required to pay a 50% booking deposit to secure their appointment.


Please read the following carefully before booking:

  • Deposits are required to secure your treatment slot and cover appointment preparation, administration, and where applicable, products ordered specifically for your treatment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Clients may reschedule their appointment with sufficient notice; however, the original deposit will be transferred to the rearranged appointment and is not refundable if the client later decides not to proceed with treatment.
  • Failure to attend an appointment or cancelling without sufficient notice will result in loss of deposit.
  • Deposits are deducted from the final treatment balance on the day of your appointment.

This policy does not apply to any other treatments (beauty services, sports therapy, chiropractic etc)
